The dividers in this pan are formed into it, a facet only present in the best of maple equipment. We don't weld our dividers in and we sure don't solder them, we consider spot welding to be amateur. Our dividers formed into the pan, making the floor seamless, sanitary, and creating complete division between chambers. No liquid is allowed to leak under our dividers and the floor is ultra strong because of this design.

The feed pan is furnished with it's own food stainless steel valve for you to throttle in order to control the flow entering the main pan. This pan come with retainers which secure it to the main pan while in use. There is a drawoff port and an angled dial thermometer port located in BOTH opposite corners, making this unit fully reversible.
