It's an incredible bbq holding heat for hours and if the lid is down even longer cooking or smoking food. Best bbq I've ever used. I tend to only use half of the bbq with the other side being used as a warming area or just to keep food until people are ready to eat without overcooking but retaining all of the smoked flavour of bbq.
