Hamilton Pan Europ 1971 Limited Edition Blue Chronograph Automatic Mens Watch
It's time to part with one of my favorites, the Hamilton Pan Europ 1971 Chronograph. A total of 1971 of these were produced, so they don't come up for sale very often. It's a 45mm tribute to the classic original. The Hamilton caliber H-31 is based on the Valjoux 7753, and has a 60 hour power reserve.
If you like heritage pieces but have a larger wrist, this is a great option at a great price! The watch is in what I'd describe as "gently used" condition. There are some minor scratches on the case back and near the lugs, consistent with the age of the watch. Note the wear on the bezel at the 10 mark (2:00). I've tried to capture the condition as accurately as possible in the pics.
Service history is unknown, but all functions work properly - chrono hands reset to zero and the watch winds and sets smoothly. I'm also including several extra straps! There are two Hamilton leather straps (unworn), a Hamilton NATO (unworn), and a couple of aftermarket leather straps thrown in.
