Designed for home canning with a capacity of 7 x 500ml Kilner screw-top preserve jars or 5 x 1 liter Kilner screw-top preserve jars. Also can be used as a pasteuriser for bottles of freshly pressed juices.

Comes with a canning rack to lower and raise your jars and bottles into the pan. Capacity of 7 x 500ml screw-top jars. 5 x 1 liter screw-top jars.

4 x 500ml or 1000ml Kilner clip-top jars. Plenty of depth to submerge the larger bottle under at least 1.5 inches of water. Rugged, rust-free, stainless steel construction. Thick, encapsulated base for even heat distribution and suitable for induction cookers. Glass lid so you can keep an eye on your preserves while canning.
